Basic Advice Session

FREE  (up to 1 hour)

Let's Meet Session

$300

We dive in with a hands on Meeting/Consultation to create an outline of goals that can be easily achieved. If you choose to implement them yourself, then that is great! If you want our services to move forward and help, then this fee can be included in the overall quote.


Make It Happen Session

$150/hour or special quote

On Site Project implementation of goals, organizing, cleaning, staging furniture, getting things accomplished for project completion, or any special requests.


Property On Boarding Session

$1000 or special quote

Property Lease Contract Provided, project photography completed, marketing/advertising created, and on-boarding of property finalized and published live for rentals.

  • Any additional hours required in addition to package prices above, charged at $150/per hour.
  • Can be hired for special projects, special events, concierge services to be quoted separately. 
  • Based on premises condition ~ package prices may be adjusted.
  • Vendors available for additional cleaning and maintenance.

Rates & Details

Long Term Rentals are charged at 10% of Monthly Rent.

Mid-Term Rentals are charged at 20% of Each Rental.

Short-Term Rentals are charged at 25% of Each Rental.


  • Example Property Lease Contract can be provided in advance for review.
  • Your properties are managed and cared for with white glove service.
  • We manage all customer service and marketing, and handle all meet & greets for guests arrivals.
  • We stay available to you and your guests 24/7
  • We take the worry out of renting your home.


OR If you want to mange and clean your own home, and only need Marketing & Advertising Services - they can be provided for 15% of Each Rental Booking and Referral.


You choose how much you want to control and manage, and we do the rest. By working together we take the worry out of renting, and keep you booked with top quality guests and income. You get the benefit of being promoted in the portfolio to a vast array of booking companies and pre-qualified clients/guests. You get as much support as you choose, and the comfort in knowing you are getting the exposure you need.
