We offer a free one hour phone consult to best determine what you need and how to best help you. We then can come and discuss your concierge or home needs in person to determine all next steps.

How much are your services and what is included in your pricing?

When you hire us for organizing, we charge per project. This price includes our team coming to you to sort, organize, and put a system in place that works for you and your household. We service your home and take care of all shopping/ordering of furniture, supplies, handling of returns, and installation/design of the interior rooms. You may require additional Services!

If we haul away any donations, recycling, or trash -there may be an additional charge. Please note any required assembly of furniture or storage pieces is subject to a separate fee, to be quoted per project, based on size. If you need outdoor yard and landscaping needs or maintenance around the house, we have trusted vendors we can recommend and make sure those jobs get completed too.

Who does the shopping?

We do all the shopping for you. Shopping is included in the project rate.  If you prefer doing your own shopping, we will still charge for time to research products and send product links to you for consideration. Or you can choose from the store and SHOP the products we recommend and use.

How do you come up with what supplies you will need and use?

We always work within your budget and ask the key questions first on what you would like to get accomplished. You will get a clean and organized space that works for you now, and in the long-run. We work within your design choices and make sure you are always happy with the end result. We love doing spaces and organizing. We are looking forward to getting yours perfect too!

If it is personal, family, or pet care Concierge Services you need instead, we will work to please you and quote your requests separately.
